Before I completed this meditation: My knees really hurt. Had a nice day with good healthy food. Felt a lot of flushing.
After this meditation: I felt a cool stream of calming energy running up and down my spine! I now
realize I need to meditate earlier in the day when I am in less physical pain.
I liked this one a lot.
